We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an office administrator, who will help ensure the organization of the office!

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Completion of timesheets;
• Incoming and outgoing mails administration;
• Welcoming guests and clients, providing information;
• Preparing orders and other documents;
• Managing telephone calls and information flow;
• Ensuring common office arrangements, ordering and managing necessary goods and services.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

• Ability to manage a large flow of information;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Ability to distribute daily works in order of priority;
• Knowledge of laws of the Republic of Lithuania related to labour functions;
• Good English language skills (both spoken and written);
• Clerical skills;
• Interpersonal competencies and the ability to work in a team.

We will consider as an advantage:

• Russian language skills.

SALARY

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 11 Eur/val. (~1668 Eur - 1835 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses. *
