A triple-axis accelerometer fitted within a device accurately senses G-forces affecting the vehicle. For instance, in the event of a collision or crash, the force threshold is exceeded and the tracker automatically records the accelerometer parameters 15 seconds before and 15 seconds after the event. This helps to determine exactly what happened and get it sorted out faster.
