END OF LIFE (EOL)
As we continuously strive to deliver top-quality products and services, there may come a time when certain products reach the end of their life cycle. When this happens, we may discontinue the production and distribution of these products. This decision is influenced by factors such as the availability of essential components, third-party discontinuation, or the introduction of newer products with enhanced features.
We have prepared the following Teltonika END OF LIFE product list to help our customers manage END OF LIFE transitions, including any implications for support, and to ease the migration to alternative Teltonika products and solutions. Please note that Teltonika may revise these guidelines at its own sole discretion.
End of Ordering – the date starting from which orders of product will not be accepted.
End of Production – the date when the last planned product batch is manufactured.
End of Support – the date, starting from which support and updates are no longer guaranteed for a product.
For period of 18 months starting with the End of Production date, we will continue to provide security, bug fixes and customer support.
After that, for period of 6 months, we will continue to provide only customer support for the product.
